Law of Retaliation
ABOLISHED OR VALID?
Our Master gives the opportunity for people to suffer no penalty
of the "law of retaliation," but not if they rebel against Him!
Then He applies his law of "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth"!
Surely this will happen the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche ...
What has Yahweh thought of Nietzsche as he said?":
"Yahweh does not exist"
--- Nietzsche
?
"Nietzsche does not exist"
--- Yahweh
Beloved, if any believer does not believe in You as believers,
You neither have to believe in him as a believer. Because we are all sinners alike, and we owe each other equal mercy.
The Torah teaches that whoever knows no mercy knows no love; and who knows no love, no one knows the Father Yahweh and His Son Yahshua.
The law of retaliation
Shalom beloved lambs in the Master Yahushua ha Mashiach, bless all of you in the mighty name of our Master, Salvador, Lawyer and King; --- wherever they are near or far, in the physical and / or spiritual sense --- in this awkward and forced exile that for thousands of years all human beings are born, because of the disobedience of our ancestral parents "Israelites and Gentiles in the flesh."
Friends, called-out lambs, and already immersed brothers, many of you have heard of "the law of retaliation," but not everyone knows what it is.
What it is and where it came from, the "law of retaliation"? What's the meaning of your name?
Some people have proposed to explain this law's name's origin, saying that in Spain there is a town called "Taleon," which comes and takes its name from that old place. But this is not entirely correct, dear friends.
Others of you already know that the famous but infamous "law of retaliation" figures prominently in the Scriptures, though now in the New Covenant times it appears with a force not as it had before ...
The "law of retaliation" (Latin for "lex talionis") is the traditional name of a principle of retributive justice, in which the rule imposed a penalty that identified directly with the crime, obtaining reciprocity. Both of the victim and her attacker were suffering the same thing!
The term "retaliation" derives from the Latin word talis or tale, which means "identical" or "similar" (from which precisely derives the English word "such"), so that it does not refer to a penalty equivalent, but an identical crime committed it.
Beloved, the best known and oldest of the law of retaliation expression is the biblical passage "eye for eye, tooth for tooth." It happens that this was the old standard for justice, and it worked quite successfully for refrenal evil. The law of retaliation might be called "the law of equitable wage penalty" or in simpler terms, "such law for such."
Exodus 21: 23-25: "... put as punishment, life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, blow for blow ..."
From the Latin words; talis, tale and talonis; come many other words in our language. In the same sense the term retaliation is used, the Dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy (DRSA) collected as equivalent the word retaliation in some American countries.
Historically, the law of retaliation is the first attempt of human beings to establish a proportionality between the injury received in a crime, the punishment applied damage, making it the "law of retaliation" the first limit to revenge. Dear ones, this law became necessary, because we know that usually human vengeance tends to be disproportionate and leads to apply greater punishment to the crime. For example, "You hurt me, now I'll kill you;" instead of just "now I hurt you."
In 1 Samuel 15:33 we see a case where this law was applied as the Torah prescribed for those times:
"Samuel said, As your sword has left women childless, so your mother will be left childless among women. And Samuel cut Agag in pieces before Yahweh in Gilgal.."
Friends, Samuel obeyed an "eye for an eye"! There was no mercy for the guilty, nor was any repentance on his part, nor anyone had to have any because howsoever there would be no forgiveness for the aggressor!
Traditionally, most of the legal systems of nations have relied on the law of retaliation, especially in ancient times and the Middle Ages. At present there are legal systems which partially include the law of retaliation, especially in force in certain Islamic and African countries.
The Code of Hammurabi (Babylon, XVIII century. C.) the principle of exact reciprocity in a crime's sentence is used fairly consistent. For example: Law 195 of the Code provided that if a child had hit his father, he would cut their hands; the 196 that if a free man emptied the eye of a child of another free man, his eye would be emptied in return; Law 197 that if you broke a bone of a man, he would break the bone the aggressor; 229-233 are laws establishing penalties equivalent to the damage caused must suffer the architect whose buildings collapsed and killed or wounded people ...
Minor penalties were to repair the damage caused by returning raw materials such as silver, wheat, wine, etc. In cases where there was no physical damage, a form of physical compensation eas sought so that, for example, the author of a robbery was hand cut.
The Twelve Tables (Ancient Rome, V century BC.) Shown in Table VIII a curious combination of rules based on the law of retaliation, and standards required less primitivist legal systems, that is to say, more modern.
In the Mosaic Law (contained in the Old Covenant, Ancient Israel, between the II and I millennium BC.), The law of retaliation appears in Exodus 21: 23-25, Leviticus 24: 18-20, Deuteronomy 19:21, and in many other places the Tanak, such as in:
Leviticus 24:20: "... fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, as the injury you have done to another, you will be done ..."
Deuteronomy 19:21: "You shall have no pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot."
This was a law of strict ends, beloved ones of the Lamb. It did not give room for pity or repentance, let alone forgiveness! Sometimes an accident occurred and a person causing injury to another, and was punished with the same injury. But the death penalty was among the most common sentences, see below an instance in which offenders had to die without mercy:
Deuteronomy 22:21: "If you are a man lying with a married woman, the two shall die, the man who lay with the woman, and the woman, and thus shall the evil be purged from Israel ...."
It is assumed that "this evil from Israel would be removed," my dearly beloved ones.
However, thousands of years later, with everything taken into account and how severe was the Law of Yahweh "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth," the people of Israel proved unable to be redeemed or saved by the Law! Israel did not fear. Evil wasn't purged out. And eventually all Israel was lost in sin ...
None was saved by the Law!
All were perverted, the northern tribes first, and then the southern tribes. And all "at one" sinned, and no one who was rightheous, not one was left standing!
Beloved, in all there were, there was "not one that was good" but the one that had not yet come and that should come ...
Micah had prophesied that would overlook the rebellion of his holy people in 7:18: "What Elohim like you, forgiving iniquity and overlooking transgression for the remnant of His inheritance will not retain his anger forever, because He delights in mercy. "
Beloved, it seemed that not, but Yahweh was pleased with mercy from times remote! (But he not yet had expressed completely).
Indeed, my dears; Yahweh blessedly had planned to send His Son as the "piety or mercy of Yahweh, personified;" since even before the foundation of the world; dear ones and of the Lamb, and among other things Yahushua came to set aside the hard and useless penalty and curse of the law that to no one seemed to do any good --- would leave without effect under certain conditions (which we shall soon see), because it turns out to be, let him not everything has been abolished the law of "eye for eye, tooth for tooth"! Really, really they were the say, dear friends.
Scripture says through the Renewed Covenant books, there is one sin that is unforgivable worldwide. Every other sin is!
Leviticus 24:16
`` He who blasphemes the name of Yahweh, has certainly die; all the congregation shall stone them certainly. Both the alien and the native, when he blasphemes the Name, he must die! "
That is the sin of blasphemy, dear friends. Definitely, if a person of the people --- and genuine official member of the assembly, and immersed and converted --- blasphemes the Spirit; and it is unforgivable. Calling the Master Yahushua son of Joseph and not of Yahweh, or calling him bastard or demoniac, is blasphemy because Yahushua had the fullness of the Ruach Ha Kodesh or Spirit of Yahweh.
My loved, before the appearance on earth of our Master Yahushua ha Mashiach, and His sacrifice and bloodshed for forgiveness for all the sins of the world (except the sin of blasphemy against the Spirit would saint, for which already we have said there is no repentance) there was no forgiveness for many other sins (in fact, for almost any and all important nOT had any forgiveness!); and because there was no forgiveness for most sins (including all serious), repentance in a person was something that eas almost never considered when doing justice, but rather it didn't even arise, and no opportunity was given to that effect or manifest itself!
And if somehow it arose, any sign of repentance was as totally useless and even irrelevant in court! No matter how genuine it was!
Let's review the case of Achan, to see a good example of ruthlessness applied toward a sinner who did not even denied his sin when Joshua / Yahoshea asked. On the contrary, he confessed sincerely , being that he may have hidden or denied it! But both ways gave the same result with the old law:
"Joshua / Yahoshea said to Achan , My son, I implore you, give glory to Yahweh Elohim of Israel, and make confession; and tell me now what you have done I do not hide it Achan answered Joshua, and said.. Indeed I have sinned against Yahweh Elohim of Israel, and this is what I did: when I saw among the spoils a beautiful mantle of Shinar and two hundred shekels of silver and a gold bar of fifty shekels weight, I coveted them and took them and I here they are hidden in the earth inside my tent with the silver underneath.
Achan offered --- although he did not return voluntarily--- confession. Did he receive mercy, or not? Let's keep reading to see what happened next.
"And Joshua sent messengers, who ran to the tent, and behold , the garment was hidden in his tent with the silver underneath Joshua said.?. Why do we have troubled Yahweh will vex today. And all Israel stoned him and they burned him after they stoned. "
ACHAN's End! This was the end of Achan according to the law of retaliation.
The repentance of the guilty person had no effect on the verdict of a sentence! Beloved, the sentence was already passed by the Law, together with the Law! If the judgment almost always came embedded in the law and nobody could destroy!
The people of the holy people knew this very well, dear ones; and therefore the Israelites who committed serious sins --- or even many sins that were considered "less serious" --- even were interested in regret ... but not because they wanted not repent and live! What happened is that they were aware of this:
Why repent ... if howsoever knew they were not going to be forgiven?
Although I must add, that had excepcioales cases where village elders showed mercy or forgiveness to someone ... after considering several important points. Everything depended of sin, and the person and his work. Each case is looked on its merits. But the "sins of death" were dealt with DEATH! Always!
Dear friends, there were "deadly sins" such as idolatry, fornication, bestiality, murder, etc .; and for those who commit, was for them to be sin they had committed, instantly and automatically converted to the Holy Law of Yahweh, in a "Death Law" and "Law to death!" There was no mercy, and no mercy for offenders!
Deuteronomy 19:19
"... then you shall do to him what he intended to do to his brother. You must purge the evil from your midst."
But evil "would not go away," my dears ...
Deuteronomy 17: 7
"The hand of the witnesses shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. So you shall purge the evil from your midst."
BUT EVIL WAS NOT removed!
Deuteronomy 18:20
"The rest will hear and fear and never again make such evil among you."
BUT they still kept doing evil!
In other words, the above and mostly CRUEL "law of retaliation" that is mentioned until today, was instrínsically part of the Torah and the Old holy people of Israel, but nevertheless so ineffective that turned out to be unable to remove the evil among the people! That law did not have the desired long-term effect!
This ancient Israelite beginning later transcend Judaism after the fall of the Northern Kingdom, and would continue in effect until Talmudic times, when then the rabbis began to alter the Kodesh of Yahweh Law, and determined on their own that the penalty for many sins it would become an economic recovery. No longer would "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" but "money for an eye and tooth money!"
When Yahushua came to earth, that was what was found in the land for "justice" and righteousness! The rabbis and Pharisees were leaving free the paying sinners----and prosecuting and killing those who could not afford the fees!
The law of retaliation "eye for eye, tooth for tooth" was still in force, but only for the less privileged, as were the poor, orphans, women and foreigners! Those who had money could afford and escape the penalty of the law!
Beloved, this twisted and heretical doctrine of the rabbis and Pharisees was a failed attempt by the evil Ha Satan trying to invalidate the effectiveness of the sacrifice of our Master Yahushua, using a new and impostor "law of piety", where the person could avoid receive a higher penalty or death, in exchange for payment of money.
In Rome, from the third century of this era, Christian leaders began to do the same within the assemblies. Parishioners began to buy "indulgences" with money, that bishops and priests sold them! Again they favored the rich out at trials!
Obviously, brothers and sisters, and friends and family, this kind of "pity" only benefited the upper classes, because the poor who did not have money often had to pay with their lives!
Chapter 8 of John tells us that one day being Yahushua on the grounds of the temple, the religious leaders of his time he arrived with a woman who had been caught in adultery so that the judge her by law (and the law required death by stoning for this sin), but the Pharisees did not take the man who slept with her before Yahushua (probably because he had paid them money to receive a indlugence and leave acquitted)!
Look at the impiety and partiality of these rabbis, dear friends. They wanted to blame and kill the woman only and nonetheless! And they intended to ensnare Yahushua to do "partiality" in the trial! But He did not allow them so.
"The scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery, and placing her in the midst, they said to him , Master, this woman was caught in the act of adultery in the law, Moses commanded us to stone such women ; you, then, what do you say? (they said this, testing him, to have to accuse him) But Yahushua bent down and with his finger wrote on the ground but when they continued asking him , Yahushua stood up and said " whoever one of you is without sin be the first to throw a stone. "
And none of those who were there dared to throw a single stone! Beloved, here we see the first case where Yahushua shows His mercy to an adulterous person and not commands to kill her, as required by the old law without magnification.
Friends and brothers, the Renewed Covenant left partially annulled the famous law of retaliation, following the famous Sermon on the Mount.
Master Yahushua said in Matthew 5:38: "You have heard that it was said,` Eye for eye, tooth for a tooth. But I say: do not resist an evil person before but whoever slaps you on the cheek. right, turn the other also. "
Before there were law, everyone did what he thought best. People took justice into their own hands, and applied unjust and disproportionate sentences to aggressors. Doing this will only spread more damage and propitiated evil. People reasoned thus: "you stole from me, now I'll kill you;" instead of thinking about something else more right and just. Then the dead familares turned taking justice into their own hands to avenge the death of their relative----and evil increased rather than decreased in the land!
Upon reaching the Law of Yahweh and the "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth," revenge and disproportionate penalties were quite restrained in humans for a time, and people began to reason more evenly and fairly, "you stole from me, now I'm off to taje from you the same as you took from me. "
Beloved, now Our Master Yahushua looked to magnify this law and all others, and said "You have heard that it was said: Eye for eye, tooth for tooth," and now He no longer wants us to think like so: "You stole, now I'm off to take from you, " but wants us rather to think ". you stole from me, I forgive you"
And doing it that way, which forgives our neighbor, they will also begin to forgive their sins. But what happens if people do not forgive, but take justice into their own hands again? Beloved, everything is reversed!
The Sermon on the Mount left partially void "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth," as Yahushua said. Partially invalid only...
We said, "partially nullifies" and not "unconditionally voids," because Yahushua made it clear that there would be certain requirements to escape the severe penalty of the law of retaliation, and that if they were not met, it let us again exposed to suffer the ancient and terrible "eye for an eye and tooth for tooth." Let's see some examples of what would exempt a sinner to receive a trial unmerciful:
Luke 6: 29-31: "Whoever hits you on the cheek, offer also the other; and whoever takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic."
Why get another wound? Why forgive a person that removes any of our belongings, and reward giving another more stuff?
Beloved, to show mercy to people who have to learn the piety of Mashiach. And to show mercy and forgiveness to others that offend us and that could be converted to love through our example. And because we too are sinners who need to be forgiven our sins!
"I have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, tooth for tooth," Yahushua said in his famous sermon, but sent us to resist evil, and turn the other cheek when someone slaps us.
It is not repay evil with evil but evil with good; But to give a good example to that person! (Beloved, this is not for the wicked and sadistic people have dominion over us ... and we have to put up with them at will! No, to prevent cruel, mocking people have also Yahweh gave laws ... and a little below we will see some.)
Beloved, according to the law of retaliation specified "eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand" for the wicked, Yahushua also spoke of another law gives equal portions of forgiveness and mercy to the good! --- And so says that other law more or less: "forgiveness for forgiveness, pity for pity, and mercy for mercy." So, do good for good.
Or do evil if we want to receive what is wrong (evil).
"Give to everyone who asks you, give, and to whomever takes away what is yours, do not demand it. And as you would that men should do to you, do to them in the same way. ..."
Brothers, in short: do we want mercy for us? Then do mercy to others! Do we want forgiveness and kindness to us? Then we forgive others and let us be lenient!
On the other hand, do we wickedness and judgment without mercy for us? Then do wickedness and judgment without mercy to others! (Of course, I'm not saying to do so. On the contrary!)
Dear friends, we can not grieve, or judge and condemn others; and then wait for Yahweh to bless us, forgive us and show us mercy.
Luke 6: 31-32. "Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: Give, and it shall be given you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap . for with the measure you use, it will be measured to you again. "
With the same measure that we measure, we will be measured! Beloved, that is the key. You have to be benevolent and forgiving and generous with others, for Yahweh is it with us.
Matthew 7: 2
"For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with the measure you ye mete, you shall be measured."
All this is LAW, dear friends. If we do not forgive, we will not be forgiven; and if we have already been, we have received forgiveness for mercy before we could be then taken away from us not having exercised a similar mercy to others. This is evident at the end of chapter 18 of the Gospel of Mattityahj. Consider the "parable of the two debtors"
" A certain king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. And begin to reckon, one was brought which owed him ten thousand talents. But not having him pay, his lord the king ordered him to be sold, along with his wife and children and all that he possessed, and so pay the debt the servant fell prostrate before him, saying.. `Be patient with me and I will pay thee and the lord of that servant had compassion and released him and forgave him the debt..."
How wonderful, dear brothers and sisters! That one powerful king did the right thing with his servant! A servant that touched him for righteousness pay the total of the entire debt to his master --- and his debt to the king was great --- but for mercy his master forgave complete! The king did well, and was compassionate and merciful to his servant, my dear. King "gave a lesson" of love and compassion and mercy to his lackey.
But, beloved, let us now as follows the rest of the story, and see what happened a little later that servant whom the king had forgiven the debt of ten thousand talents, when that servant econtró with someone who owed him a lot --- ONLY he owed him one hundred pence:
"... But that slave went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii, and seizing him, choked him, saying.` `Pay what you owe Then his fellow servant fell to his feet, and besought , saying, 'Have patience with me and I will pay. "
Dear lambs, now happened to this servant just as had happened before him, with the king!
It came to him one who owed him money crying out for mercy, to forgive the debt! And all assume that the servant was merciful and forgave him the debt to his fellow-just like the king had been merciful to him and had forgiven him before!
But it was not like that! Beloved, this was not what happened. It happened the unexpected!
"His fellow servant fell at his feet and begged him, saying,.!` `Have patience with me and I will pay However, He would not, but went and threw him in prison until he should pay the debt So when his fellow slaves saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed and went and told their lord all that had happened Then summoning him , his lord said to him.! `` you wicked servant, I forgave you all that debt because you begged me ` `
"Should not you have had mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had on you? And in anger his lord, delivered him to the torturers until he paid all that was due him! So my heavenly Father do unto you, if you do not forgive each heart your brother! "
So will Yahweh do with you and with any of us if we do the same! He will remove His mercy and apply the old principle of "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth"!
Dear friends, and I guess none of you want that, nor me! On the contrary, we want to be treated with mercy and benevolence.
This ingrate servant of the parable could have been saved from the righteous wrath of the king, if he had done mercy to his neighbor, but because he could not have mercy on his debtor fellow servant----he was measured with the same yardstick with which he measured his neighbor! According to how he judged he was judged!
Mark 4:24
"They also said: Take heed what you hear With the measure you ye mete, it shall be measured, and even more will be given you.."
The servant was cruel. He hated his neighbor and afflicted by a paltry amount of money. Whatever treated her like trash! 1 John 3:15 warns people with an hating bad heart that it amounts to HOMICIDE:
"Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."
Beloved, mercy and forgiveness Yahushua added to the law, but also superb and we made a little more difficult to save. Before a person could hate his neighbor secretly, and he did not infringe the law that prohibits to assassinate a person no matter how much hatred he had. But Yahushua magnified the commandment in Matthew 5: 21-23, 27-28:
"You have heard that the ancients were told,` `not kill and` `Whoever commits murder shall be guilty before the court...but I tell you that anyone who is angry for no reason with his brother shall be guilty at trial, and. anyone who says `` raca "(idiot, good for nothing) to his brother will be exposed to judgment; and anyone who says "stupid" (fool), will be exposed to the lake of fire. ...
"You have heard it said,` `not commit adultery but I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman to lust after already committed adultery with her in his heart."
Now Yahushua also judges us by the intent of the heart!
2 Corinthians 9: 6-8 says we have to have good things (works) planted, then reap the fruit of that ... the good fruit that is mercy and forgiveness.
"But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully."
We must sow dear ones, then to harvest. One must sow the things that Yahushua sent, to reap He promised. And the reason is below James 2:13, And it's the same as we saw in the famous "parable of the two debtors" in Matthew 18 !:
"For judgment will be without mercy for which it has not shown mercy, (but) the merciful triumph over judgment."
That is, for the pitiless, the full weight of law "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" can fall. The person will receive equal treatment as given. Dear lambs of our Master, the apostle Matthew / Mattityahj in 18: 3-7 gives us a very clear idea of how jealous and strict that Our love is like yours:
"Truly I tell you, if you do not turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever receives one such child in my name receives me "--- but now read what our love says next about that run over these little children of Yahweh:
"But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it were better that he hung around his neck a millstone of the kind seen driving by a donkey, and hebe drowned in the deep sea. Woe to the world for its stumbling blocks! --- because it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come --- but woe to that man by whom the stumble comes! "
Doing stumble or deceiving the neighbor is not justice!
We are no longer living in the days when there was no law and people leaned on him who "wounded" (Ha Satan) them instead of relying on Yahweh. Neither we are living in days when it was only, "the law of retaliation"!
Beloved, we are living in the days near the end, or Hebrews 1/s "last days.": 2 says: "In these last days Yahweh has spoken to us by his Son," and the Son has told us "NO" to an "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth"!
We are living in the era of "grace" or unmerited favor of Yahweh! In other words, we are in the time of His mercy! For us to receive mercy! --- But only IF WE DO MERCY TO OTHERS. In those days we are!
Isaiah 10: 20-21 told us about this time: "It will happen in that day that the remnant of Israel and the house of Jacob who have escaped, will never again rely more on the one who wounded them, but that actually will come for support to the Master, the Holy One of Israel. a remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, Yahweh Elohim. "
Zephaniah spoke of this same "day" or time in 3:12. "And leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, who trust in the name of Yahweh. The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity , nor speak lies, nor it is found in their mouth a deceitful tongue ...!
Putting stumble is to injustice! And if deception is used, it will be worse.
Beloved, the father of lies and the first murderer is Satan, not Yahweh! Those who are wounded by him and lean on him who struck them, instead of relying on Yahweh, will not return to the Master nor will rule with Him!
The stumbling block is putting a homicidal eyes of the Master Yahushua, dear lambs. We have just read a little above. The penalty for tripping other is death!Whoever does this has to repent, it 's got to raise that tripped, or to return to it without reason away!
Fearful thing is to fall into HANDS OF THE WRATHFUL LIVING Elohim, for deceiving or putting a stumbling block! Beloved, this is "LAW." Live and Act, FOR ETERNAL LIFE!
Zechariah 8:16 `` These are the things you should do: Speak the truth to each other, judge with truth and judgment of peace in your gates, " ! Look how easy it was before worse, because the penalty of the law was very strong, and in many cases of violation of the Act there was no provision for forgiveness and mercy. Now Yahushua allows us to be forgiven, but only if we forgive our debtors!
Matthew 6:14 " for if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will forgive you. "But the transgressor now have to repent for forgiveness and receive mercy. he who does not have mercy on a sinner wanting to repent, and instead you show impiety, that's what will be planted! --- and that person will reap wickedness. be will be measured with the same yardstick that measured others! it is so a fair trial, my dears is ! Everyone must be treated as has treated his fellow man.
Obadiah 1:15 "for it approaches the day of Yahweh over all the nations. As you have done, it will be done; your actions will fall on your head. " We will be done, as we have done to others. This is LAW, dear lambs. But it is a law that allows us to escape another law that could be worse," eye for an eye. "
Says the apostle Shaul in Romans 3:19: "Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law : that every mouth shut and all the world may become accountable to Yahweh." (those who are under the penalty of the law are offenders).
Isaiah 58: 7-10 "is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and home to the homeless poor; so that when you see the naked , cover him, and do not hide yourself from your own flesh? "
Of course! We have to do good! And if we have done wrong someone, we must do good. All these things have to obey, because you disobey brings serious consequences!
Beloved, we can not expect a bad thing sow and reap a good thing, or mistreat, distress and misjudge people-and then pretend to receive good treatment, satisfaction and good judgment from them or Yahweh! Why not?
2 Thessalonians 1: 6-7 says why: "Because after all, is right in front of Yahweh repay with affliction those who afflict you ..." Look guys the reason given by Shaul. Again, to the extent that we measure, we will be measured. Yahweh not paid in return for us, in many cases we have to compensate the damage we have caused others: What's in the repair of sin? Confession, and when necessary, restitution. If someone has hurt our neighbor, what should you do besides the confession of sin?
Leviticus 6: 4 says: ". Then, having sinned and offended, return what he stole, or damage from slander, or the deposit which was entrusted to him, or the lost thing which he found" We see not validate only by saying " I'm sorry. "
Beloved, as far as possible you have to repair the damage caused by our actions. But what may make a person who has killed another? Killing someone is a very serious sin. Another example: What do Zacchaeus promised as proof of his true repentance and what Yahushua answered?
See Luke 19: 8-9. " And Zacchaeus stood and said to the Master. Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor, and if I have cheated anyone, I restore four times Yahushua said: Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham. " Brothers, think of the people who have been affected by our attitudes so far, and as far as possible, we restore the damage caused them. Let 's do good to everyone, especially those we have done evil! --- To be forgiven.
Matt.6: 14-15: "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you : But if ye forgive not men, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.."
Luke 6: 31-36: "A everyone who asks you, give, and whoever takes away what is yours, not again. and as ye would that men should do to you, do to them in the same way. If you love only those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them . If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. If you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what merit you have? Even sinners lend to sinners , to receive as much ...
"But love your enemies, and do good, and lend , expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons the Most High; for he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. "
Jeremiah 34:17 " Therefore thus says Yahweh: `` You do not have obeyed me by proclaiming liberty every man to his brother and every man his neighbor. Behold, I proclaim to you liberty - declares Yahweh. "
Proverbs 11: 24,25 ." There is one who scatters, and yet increaseth, and there is one who withholds what is right, only to come unless ... "
Beloved, Yahweh and Yahushua are fair, and paid according to the work, and according to the heart They scrutinize the intentions of the heart, and know when a person acts out of love or selfishness, and when a person suffers justly or unjustly, and when a person has. acted wrongly or rightly, even when the eyes of men there is nothing wrong!
Revelation 18: 6 "pay her back as she has paid, and devolved double him according to his works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. "
Ecclesiastes 11: 2 ". Give a portion to seven, or even eight, for thou knowest not what evil can come upon the earth " Beloved, all this we read here are precepts of the Torah to escape the penalty of the law, and cover multitude of sins Yahushua wants us to love, compassion and mercy Without that, we are nothing...
Luke 12:33 "Sell your possessions and give alms; . purses for yourselves that, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys not deteriorate "
Psalm 112: 9 " With liberality has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever; his power will be exalted with honor. "
Matthew 5: 7 " Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy. "
Psalm 41: 1 " Blessed is he who considers the poor; in the day of trouble Yahweh will deliver him. "
Proverbs 21:13 " He who closes his ears to the cry of the poor, he too will cry out and not be answered. "
Mark 11: 25-26 " And when you stand praying, forgive if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins. ... "
Ephesians 4:32
"Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as well as Yahweh has forgiven in Messiah."
1 John 3:10 "In this the children of Yahweh and the children of the wicked are recognized: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of Yahweh, nor he who does not love his brother. " " you have heard that it was said, an eye for an eye and tooth for tooth "--- Yahushua said; but now Yahushua does not want to think well or that we will draw eyes or knock down dients first intention if there were other alternatives --- and there are always compassion, mercy, mercy, forgiveness and love .... because it does not have love in your heart what you have is hate, and obviously this person does not have to Yahweh:
1 John 4: 8-16,18,19 . "Whoever does not love does not know Yahweh, because Yahweh is love"
Dear lambs blessed is, and with we conclude this message, and as you saw that here in the Assembly do not build doctrine with a single verse or passage only .... but we consider everything revealed in the Torah, above all what we Our Master Yahushua spoke!
With all earnestness, his servant and brother in faith, serving Yahushua and you,

With all earnestness, his servant and brother in faith, serving Yahushua and you,
Rafael
